About the Role
SCEE Electrical are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrician to join our team at Sino Iron Ore at Cape Preston. We are looking for proactive, safety-driven Electricians who are committed to delivering quality work across a versatile range of works.

In addition, your scope of work will include:

• Perform routine, breakdown, shutdown, and emergency maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment to minimise downtime.
• Help improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain and service electrical and control systems across the plant.
• Conduct inspections, testing, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
• Complete isolations, testing, tagging, and safety checks.
• Support equipment upgrades and improvement projects.
• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping.
• Assist with shutdown activities and ensure reliable plant operations.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will bring proven experience as an Electrician with an unrestricted WA Electrical Licence. You will have previous experience working in mining or industrial maintenance. You’ll be safety focused, reliable and efficient with a can-do attitude.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following: 

• Construction White Card
• A high level of commitment to safety
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Previous experience on fixed plant equipment (desired)
• Ability to complete a Mask Fit Test
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a high functioning team
