About the Role
SCEE Electrical is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team for upcoming shutdowns across BHP and Rio Tinto operations in the Pilbara. In this role, you will oversee electrical works to ensure they are completed safely, to specification, and in line with project schedules. We are looking for proactive, safety-focused leaders who are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes across a variety of shutdown projects.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include:
- Ensuring all personnel maintain safe systems of work.
- Planning activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies.
- Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.
- Understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control.
- Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.
- Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
- Liaise with client and contractor representatives.
- Monitor relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.

About You
To be successful in this position, you will bring proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry in shutdown environments and hold a current WA Electrical Licence. You will be a confident leader with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and effectively manage negotiations and dispute resolution.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- S26 Statutory Supervisor training with LGIRS exam certificate.
- A high level of commitment to safety.
- Construction White Card
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- CPR/LVR Certificate (issued within the last 12 months) desired
- Working at Heights (within 2 years) desired
- BHP/Rio Tinto Inducted desired
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high functioning team.
