About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment Team in our Head Office in the Perth CBD on a full-time 6-month contract, with potential to extend.
As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll partner closely with our leadership team to deliver end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles across exciting shutdown and construction projects. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. We're seeking someone who thrives on variety, builds strong relationships with Project Managers, and is passionate about attracting top talent while helping drive continuous improvement across our recruitment function.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include:
- Developing engaging and targeted job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen, shortlist and interview high-quality candidates for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Proactive use of all available sourcing channels including but not limited to SEEK, LinkedIn, talent search and referrals.
- Ensuring all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, skills and qualifications required for each project.
- Creating and maintaining candidate talent pools.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will bring proven recruitment experience within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation processes. You'll be a confident communicator with strong influencing skills and a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following
- High level attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands and make timely decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work both within a team and independently.
- Previous experience using JobAdder.
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
