SCEE are looking for experienced shutdown Supervisors that are available to work on our upcoming Rio Tinto shutdowns.

Full 12 hours paid + Super paid on all hours
FIFO from Perth
Some of your key tasks will include:
Ensuring all personnel maintain safe systems of work.
Planning activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies.
Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.
Understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control.
Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.
Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
Liaise with client and contractor representatives.
Monitor relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.
What you need We need someone with at least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor and a WA A Grade Electrical Licence. You’ve led teams to success and consistently deliver results with the following strengths:
A strong commitment to safety – it’s at the heart of everything we do!
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid leadership, negotiation, and dispute resolution abilities
Superb organisational and analytical skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
CPR/LVR certificate (issued within the last 12 months)
A white card and valid Australian Drivers Licence are a must
Working at Heights (within 2 years)
