What we offer you:

• Choose either day or night shift
• Full 12 hours paid + Super paid on all hours
• FIFO from Perth

Some of your key tasks will include: 

• Ensuring all personnel maintain safe systems of work.
• Planning activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies.
• Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.
• Understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control.
• Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.
• Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
• Liaise with client and contractor representatives.
• Monitor relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.

What you need
We need someone with at least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor and a WA A Grade Electrical Licence. You’ve led teams to success and consistently deliver results with the following strengths:

• A strong commitment to safety – it’s at the heart of everything we do!
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid leadership, negotiation, and dispute resolution abilities
• Superb organisational and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
• CPR/LVR certificate (issued within the last 12 months)
• A white card and valid Australian Drivers Licence are a must
• Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• RTIO Inducted
• s26 Trained
• SCEE will arrange Inductions and additional training if required*
