About the Opportunity
  
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical care services. You will oversee the delivery of safe, person-centred care, aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and support a dynamic team of RNs, ENs, and PCWs.
  
You will play a key role in:
  

• Leading clinical governance, care planning, and assessments
• Coaching and mentoring clinical staff and team leads
• Driving quality improvement, compliance, and audit outcomes
• Liaising with residents, families, and regulatory bodies
• Chairing clinical meetings and managing risk escalation
• Embedding a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous learning

  
This is a Monday–Friday role, with participation in a shared on-call roster (1 in 4).
  
About You
  
You are a confident clinical leader with a passion for improving aged care outcomes. You bring:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience in clinical management within aged care
• In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC
• Strength in clinical governance, audits, and compliance
• Excellent communication and change management skills
• A compassionate, professional leadership style
