• Understand your residents deeply, responding promptly to their preferences and health changes.
• Ensure the daily care, safety, and well-being of our residents.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to deliver personalised care through care planning and support initiatives.
• Foster clear communication with families, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Uphold our mission by leading by example, following policies, and maintaining the highest standards of care.
• Contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives, making a positive impact through your feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certificate III in aged care or disability support.
• Current first aid and CPR certificate (desirable).
• Medication endorsement (highly desirable).

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in elderly or disabled care, especially with dementia patients.
• Reliability and commitment to the Forest Lake Lodge family.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Energetic and dynamic, with excellent time management skills.
• Quick learner, proficient in basic IT systems.
• Multilingual - Vietnamese desirable.
