About the Role:
Are you an experienced and vibrant Registered Nurse?
Forest Lake Lodge is offering an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team. 
Want security? Permanent Part Time (up to 75hrs per fortnight)
Want to work/life balance? Day shift (10am - 6:00pm )or Afternoon shift (2:30pm-10:30pm)

Working with the support of a dedicated Clinical Coordinator and the Clinical Management Team you will have experience with dementia and other mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Know your residents well, recognise and promptly act on changes in health conditions.
• Ensure the clinical care and safety of our residents.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator to deliver individualised care through planning, assessment, documentation, and evaluation.
• Manage medication safely and securely.
• Maintain clear communication with families, external service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead by example, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and management instructions.
• Stay up-to-date with training and share your skills and experience to contribute to continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Registered Nursing Degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Current first aid and CPR certificate.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in aged care.
• Reliable and committed team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with basic IT systems (Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Speciality nursing skills or experience with dementia.
