About the role
  
As Technical Training Advisor you will develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs to ensure employees are competent, compliant, and safe in their roles; facilitate engaging training sessions, assess practical skills, maintain accurate records, and uphold regulatory and safety standards through effective communication and a deep understanding of operations, including project works.
  
Your responsibilities will include

• Delivering site based training programs, including inductions and project specific safety and technical training for employees and contractors.
• Coordinating with internal departments and project teams to ensure training information, materials, and requirements are accurate, current, and aligned.
• Identifying gaps in training materials, systems, or delivery methods, and coordinating updates in line with business priorities.
• Contributing to the development, review, and continuous improvement of training packages, ensuring content reflects current procedures, risks, and operational requirements.

About the Person

• Relevant qualifications in training, education or a related field, with experience in technical and/or operational training, ideally across infrastructure or mining operations.
• Understanding of training frameworks, delivery methods, adult learning principles and performance evaluation methodologies.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors LMS or similar), including data entry, reporting and course administration.
• Strong administration skills with attention to detail in managing training records and compliance data.
• Competence in technical training and operational processes, with the ability to apply training methodologies and assessment practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and engage a diverse workforce.
• CERT IV in Training & Assessing.

What we can offer you

• Ongoing contract - circa 2  to 4 years, starting as soon as possible.
• Orange location, working 5 days p/w onsite but would consider someone that wants to work part time.
• Very Competitive day rate.
