Key Accountabilities:

• Troubleshoot issues for Channel Partners and Customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Support the B2B Sales Team in achieving sales targets by providing data, guides, and process improvements.
• Stay updated on product launches, laws, and regulations, and generate reports as needed.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, manage client expectations, and engage in CRM activities to maximize system benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years sales experience in company formation / business set-up industry
• Knowledge of operational systems to execute transactions
• Ability to communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Problem solving capability.
