A Dubai-based gaming and game development startup are now building our local team and hiring their first in-house marketing role a Social Media and Content Manager.
  
This position will lead their organic social media strategy from day one, working directly with the founders to build and grow their presence across Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  
Responsibilities
  

• Build and manage social media channels from launch onward
• Own content strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and X
• Create short-form video and visual content (planning, filming, editing, posting)
• Develop content ideas and collaborate closely with founders
• Capture product updates, founder journey, events, and company culture
• Manage posting schedules, engagement, and basic performance tracking
• Test new formats and trends to drive growth

  
Requirements
  

• Proven experience growing social media accounts (startup/tech/gaming preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Instagram & TikTok trends and formats
• Short-form video creation skills
• Self-starter comfortable in early-stage environments
• Confident working directly with founders
• Comfortable on camera
• Based in Dubai
