Our client is looking for a Government Affairs Executive – RAK to manage all government-related processes and interactions in Ras Al Khaimah, with a focus on RAK Municipality and RAK Land Department. This role ensures full compliance with local regulations, smooth processing of submissions, and proactive relationship management to support company operations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with RAK Municipality, RAK Land Department, and other relevant government entities.
• Handle submissions, applications, approvals, and registrations related to company projects and properties.
• Manage online portal uploads and system registrations for all government platforms.
• Monitor, interpret, and stay updated on laws, regulations, and procedures affecting RAK operations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials and departments.
• Follow up on all government transactions to ensure timely completion and approvals.
• Coordinate internally with departments to gather required documentation for government submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of all government transactions, approvals, and communications.
• Ensure compliance with RAK regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in government liaison or Public Relations Officer role in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Good knowledge of RAK Municipality and RAK Land Department procedures.
• Proven experience with online government portals and submission platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.
