Our client is looking for a Senior Academy Consultant to lead the creation, development, and management of our internal Business Academy. This role is responsible for designing structured, engaging, and high-quality learning programs, digital modules, and training resources that empower employees, partners, and key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with subject-matter experts and service teams to convert organizational expertise into scalable learning content and support continuous capability development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business goals and operational excellence.
• Establish curriculum architecture and mapped learning paths across various service categories.
• Define learning standards, governance models, and quality benchmarks for all academy content.
• Design and develop digital and blended learning materials, including modules, microlearning videos, and interactive resources.
• Create clear and accurate training guides, manuals, presentations, process walkthroughs, and assessments.
• Ensure all learning materials reflect updated regulatory, operational, and service-related information.
• Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor learner engagement and feedback, optimizing content for retention and effectiveness.
• Maintain a structured and organized repository of learning content with proper version control.
• Collaborate with department leaders and project teams to identify learning needs linked to service delivery.
• Align learning initiatives with evolving business processes and project requirements.
• Track key metrics such as course completion, satisfaction, and performance impact.
• Continuously refresh content based on user feedback, process updates, and new services.
• Benchmark academy content and practices against industry best standards.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Education Technology, Learning Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in Instructional Design, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar are preferred.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, content development, or learning program management.
• Background in professional services or consulting is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to simplify complex business processes into clear, engaging learning materials.
• Experience managing LMS platforms and developing digital learning assets.
• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
• High creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability to business change.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
