We are seeking an experienced Business Center Manager to lead the operations, client experience, and commercial performance of a premium business center in Riyadh.
This role combines operational leadership with sales responsibility, ensuring high service standards, strong client relationships, and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage client onboarding, move-ins/outs, and office standards.
• Lead and support community and office teams.
• Build strong client relationships and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Control operational costs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Drive sales performance through lead generation, tours, proposals, and deal closure.
• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business targets.
• Track performance using CRM and report to senior management.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, teams, and leadership.

Requirements

• Proven recent experience in property or business center management.
• Strong leadership, sales, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in premium hospitality or 5-star client environments is a plus.
• Commercially minded with a strong customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Based in Riyadh
