Our client is looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead their Human Resources function, ensuring their people strategy aligns with the company’s overall vision and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies that support long-term business objectives.
Partner with executive leadership on strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, retention initiatives, and succession planning.
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Lead annual performance reviews and salary planning processes.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and culture-building initiatives.
Identify learning needs and oversee training, leadership development, and upskilling programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and risk management standards.
Oversee HRIS implementation and leverage HR metrics to guide decision-making.
Manage HR budgets, resources, and departmental operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven progressive HR experience, with strong leadership or management background.
Expertise in labor law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High business acumen, strategic mindset, and the ability to manage confidential information.
