Our client is seeking a Client Relations Executive to support day-to-day client administration and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role plays a key part in handling operational tasks, guiding clients through application processes, and maintaining high service standards. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly valued to better support a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily client administration, documentation, and operational tasks.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate, timely support.
• Process and track applications from submission to completion, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate requirements, resolve issues, and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain updated client records and ensure all interactions are properly logged.
• Assist clients in understanding procedures, requirements, and next steps throughout their journey.
• Support the team with any additional administrative or client-related tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in client servicing, administration, or operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking clients) is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with CRM or administrative systems.
