Our client is seeking a Business Setup Sales Executive to support entrepreneurs and companies through the full business formation process. The ideal candidate brings industry-related experience, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base—including proficiency in Chinese to support a wider client segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored company formation solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire business setup process, including licensing, structuring, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads, handle inquiries promptly, and maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and customer service) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay updated on business setup regulations, free zone offerings, and UAE market trends to provide accurate and relevant information.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates aligned with client requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and client interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven industry-related experience in business setup, company formation, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proficiency in Chinese, in addition to strong English communication skills, to support a broader client base (language requirement is for business needs and is not related to preference for any demographic group).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
