A Dubai-based, next-generation fashion-tech company is seeking a visionary CEO to drive innovation at the intersection of AI, computer vision, big data, and extended reality (XR). They are redefining how women experience fashion online with hyper-real virtual try-ons, precision-fit solutions, and AI-driven styling recommendations.

The Role:
As CEO, you will be the highest authority and visionary leader, shaping the company’s strategy, culture, and market presence. You will oversee the executive team, drive innovation, capture market opportunities, and position the company as the go-to authority in fashion-tech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute short- and long-term company vision and strategy.
• Oversee solution roadmap, executive leadership, and company culture.
• Identify and capture market opportunities with competitive intelligence.
• Lead organizational decision-making, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Build, mentor, and retain top-tier talent.
• Serve as spokesperson for major announcements, partnerships, and product launches.
• Manage board relationships, strategic advisors, and investor relations.
• Drive fundraising and capital acquisition strategies, crafting compelling narratives for investors.

  
Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership with 10+ years in senior executive roles; flexible educational background.
• Strategic thinker with operational excellence, advanced communication, and influence skills.
• Knowledge of female fashion and beauty domains; understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, and XR technology at business level.
• Strong business acumen with experience in fundraising, partnerships, and investor relations.
• Experience working with Boards and advisory panels; able to evaluate investment, partnership, and acquisition opportunities.
• Willingness to travel; English proficiency (American preferred).
