Our client is seeking a Sales B2C Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills to drive opportunity conversions and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with clients to ensure all requirements and follow-ups are managed promptly.
• Update the BSA system with all opportunities and re-enquiries while maintaining accurate and detailed records.
• Adhere to qualifying contact protocols and processes to maximize conversion rates.
• Manage the BSA Pool, ensuring complete and organized handovers.
• Track opportunities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports including stage, source, and other metrics required by the HOD and GM.
• Verify client documents before closure to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Review and approve KYC forms and applications within one working day.
• Provide timely support to consultants by prioritizing and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Assist clients in obtaining required documents within the agreed turnaround time.
• Respond to client calls and inquiries within four hours and ensure updates are logged accurately on the ER system.
• Support the Head of Department and team with additional tasks, including training and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role, preferably within a B2C or service-oriented environment.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is highly desirable.
