Our client, a leading real estate brokerage, is seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to represent some of the city’s most prestigious developments and exclusive addresses. The ideal candidate combines market expertise, strong client relationships, and the confidence to close multimillion-dirham deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in selling and leasing properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings with professionalism and discretion.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide accurate insights to clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to maximize lead conversion and client satisfaction.
• Promote exclusive listings and property development off-plan projects to both local and international clientele.
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects the brand’s reputation for excellence and integrity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Proven success in selling or leasing properties.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong professional presence and an established network of high-end clients.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven individual.
• Valid UAE driving license.
