Our client is hiring a Sales Admin Manager. The ideal candidate will manage the full real estate sales inventory lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination between sales, marketing, project, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update master inventory across residential and commercial projects.
• Track unit availability, reservations, sales, cancellations, and reassignments in real time.
• Oversee booking forms, reservation agreements, and SPAs, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Liaise with legal and finance teams for timely issuance of contracts, invoices, and receipts.
• Generate real-time inventory reports and sales dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with DLD/RERA regulations and internal inventory controls.
• Support new project launches with inventory setup, pricing input, and unit mapping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum *10 years of experience* in real estate sales administration or inventory control within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of *DLD/RERA regulations*, off-plan project processes, and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Masterkey, PropSpace, etc.) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with UAE luxury property developers.
• Background in launching and closing off-plan projects.
• Arabic language skills is preferred but not required
