Our client, a leading business setup consultancy, is seeking a B2C Sales Coordinator to support their Sales Department by managing leads, coordinating across departments, and ensuring seamless sales operations. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department, ensuring all tasks and processes are executed efficiently.
• Manage and track incoming leads and opportunities to ensure timely assignment and follow-up.
• Maintain and update CRM systems (Zoho or similar), ensuring all client and sales data is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance trackers, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with clients for meetings, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth progress of applications.
• Support Business Launch Advisors (BLAs) in daily operations, including proposal preparation and client communication.
• Facilitate smooth communication between Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of client needs.
• Handle client documentation and ensure all necessary records are properly filed and easily accessible.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing updates on application or service status when needed.
• Monitor sales pipelines, flag pending actions, and ensure deadlines and SLAs are consistently met.
• Assist in preparing and submitting departmental reports to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales coordination processes and suggest workflow enhancements.
• Ensure CRM systems and internal databases are consistently maintained with accurate client and sales information.
• Support internal initiatives related to lead management, reporting automation, and customer engagement tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a business setup, consulting, or service-oriented industry.
• Strong command of CRM systems (Zoho preferred), MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data entry tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—in English.
• Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
