Our client, a leading organization in the business services sector, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to oversee and execute strategic sales initiatives, manage a dynamic team, and deliver consistent business growth. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to scale operations across competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals to maximize revenue and market share.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and strategic networking.
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accurate performance tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies proactively.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and scaling sales operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the business services, consulting, or related B2B industry preferred.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• Native English speakers or Western-educated candidates preferred.
