Our client is looking for an Investment Director who will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping, expanding, and executing the company’s real estate investment strategies. This position requires a forward-thinking professional who can attract institutional and family office investors, lead complex deal negotiations, and oversee the full investment lifecycle — from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s real estate investment strategies across regional and international markets.
• Drive business growth by identifying, structuring, and closing high-value investment opportunities with institutional, corporate, and private investors.
• Oversee project feasibility, due diligence, and financial modeling to assess potential investments and maximize returns.
• Represent the company in investor meetings, strategic partnerships, and high-level negotiations to secure long-term investment commitments.
• Provide strategic direction for new market entry, diversification, and portfolio optimization.
• Build and manage relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and strategic partners, ensuring continuous engagement and confidence.
• Supervise the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and reports for executive management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to local and international regulatory, financial, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and guide the investment team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.
• Stay ahead of market trends, economic developments, and emerging investment opportunities across Southeast Asia and beyond.
• Represent the company at regional events, investor summits, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and influence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MRICS) is preferred.
• Proven years of progressive experience in real estate investment, asset management, or corporate finance, with a strong record of closing major deals.
• Deep understanding of institutional investment frameworks, project finance, and cross-border investment structures.
• Proven leadership in managing teams, investor relations, and end-to-end project development.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate investment risks.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Regional experience in Southeast Asia or international property markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently and relocate to Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
