Our client, a leading business setup consultancy in the UAE, is dedicated to providing seamless company formation solutions for entrepreneurs and corporations. They are now seeking a Russian-speaking Business Setup Advisor to join their growing team and support clients in establishing businesses across free zones, mainland, and offshore jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through inbound inquiries, referrals, and networking.
• Educate clients on company setup processes, license types, free zone and mainland regulations, and eligibility requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and client updates in CRM (Zoho).
• Follow up with clients promptly to maximize conversion and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Support clients from initial inquiry through company incorporation, licensing, and visa processing.
• Attend networking events to expand lead generation beyond marketing channels.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high conversion rates.
• Provide transparent, accurate, and professional information tailored to client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven sales or advisory experience, preferably in the business setup/free zone industry.
• Native or fluent Russian speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and licensing.
• Computer literate with experience using CRM tools (Zoho experience is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in client dealings.
