Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to spearhead investment initiatives and strategic collaborations within the hospitality and investment funding space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing fundraising strategies, securing capital, and cultivating long-term partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract investors and secure funding for hospitality projects and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, venture capitalists, and strategic partners.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities to enhance business growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and investment proposals to potential stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals and long-term vision.
• Manage the end-to-end investment cycle, including due diligence, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Track market trends and provide insights into the hospitality and investment landscape to support decision-making.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and investor meetings.
• Monitor and report on fundraising progress, partnership outcomes, and ROI.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of proven experience in fundraising, investment management, or partnerships, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
• Strong network of investors and industry connections within hospitality and funding.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and achieve fundraising targets.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in investment structures and due diligence.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and high level of professionalism.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
