Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Setup Consultant to lead client advisory and business formation activities, guiding entrepreneurs, startups, and established businesses through the complexities of UAE company setup. This role requires a blend of deep market knowledge, consultative sales expertise, and relationship-building skills to deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, advising them on the most suitable setup structures (mainland, free zone, offshore) based on their business activities and goals.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, applying strong negotiation, listening, and problem-solving skills to convert prospects and close deals.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing clarity on licensing requirements, documentation, compliance processes, and timelines.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering cost transparency and guiding clients smoothly through the setup process.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing expertise and best practices to strengthen the overall team.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—compliance, account management, and marketing—to ensure accurate and timely execution of client projects.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to build credibility and expand the brand presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with free zone authorities, government entities, and channel partners.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, promotions, and digital content to attract and retain clients.
• Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activity to keep clients informed and maintain an expert position in the market.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in business setup, company formation, or corporate services in the UAE.
• Strong track record in consultative sales, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Bilingual: Native Arabic speaker with strong English fluency (verbal and written).
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE licensing structures, compliance requirements, and business setup regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Strong organizational and CRM management skills.
