Our client is looking for a Partnership Specialist to strengthen and expand its network of strategic collaborations. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can identify opportunities, nurture alliances, and deliver impactful partnership initiatives aligned with Shams’ vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships across media, technology, and diverse industries
• Create and implement partnership strategies that align with Sharjah Media City’s goals and vision
• Onboard new partners and manage existing relationships to ensure mutual growth and benefit
• Collaborate with the Line Manager to design tailored partnership programs and initiatives
• Represent Shams at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups to expand visibility and connections
• Analyze partnership performance and provide regular reports on outcomes and key metrics
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive partner and prospect database
• Act as liaison between partners and internal departments to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of initiatives

Qualifications & Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role
• Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships
• Experience in organizing events is a plus
• Experience in Freezone or business setup industry is an advantage
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Computer literate with proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
• Strong project management skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies (advantage)
• Knowledge of the UAE media landscape and regulatory environment (advantage)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
