Our client, a leading business setup consultancy in the UAE, is seeking a Business Setup Sales Manager to lead and grow their high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales leader with a strong background in business setup and company formation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for business setup and related services.
• Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and KPIs using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, free zone offerings, and market trends.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry forums to generate new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within business setup/company formation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
