Our client, a leading business setup firm, is looking for a driven Business Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to join their growing team. This role is ideal for sales professionals with strong client-facing experience in the UAE free zone and business setup industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
• Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries via calls, emails, chats, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Follow up with clients and update progress on CRM (Zoho).
• Educate clients on company setup, business activities, and free zone regulations.
• Attend events and networking opportunities to generate leads beyond marketing channels.
• Train and support new consultants to maximize sales opportunities.
• Master product knowledge and stay updated on competitor offerings.
• Deliver excellent customer service from initial inquiry to closure.
• Assist clients with incorporation, visa-related processes, and associated fees.
• Provide accurate, transparent, and up-to-date information.
• Manage client expectations by recommending suitable license packages.
• Maintain professionalism, positive attitude, and proper business attire during meetings.

Candidate Requirements

• At least Secondary School Graduate.
• Proven experience in sales, client-facing roles, preferably in free zone or business setup industry.
• Presentation skills; computer literate; CRM (Zoho) experience an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
  
  • Proven ability to convert prospects and achieve quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and objection handling.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic.
