Our client is seeking a dynamic Events Specialist to plan, execute, and manage both internal and external events that align with organizational objectives and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong project management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality events that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and deliver events such as conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and networking sessions.
• Develop annual event strategies and a comprehensive marketing calendar aligned with company goals.
• Oversee logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, permits, technical setup, and on-site execution.
• Ensure seamless event delivery that meets brand standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Produce post-event reports, surveys, and insights to measure impact and improve future events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design event promotions, invitations, and collateral.
• Create engaging email campaigns and marketing materials to drive event attendance.
• Maintain and update digital platforms with event-related content.
• Support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns to achieve departmental objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners for joint events and sponsorship opportunities.
• Generate and nurture leads from events to support long-term business growth.
• Proactively propose relevant event topics tailored to consultants, clients, and target audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in events and marketing; exposure to government events is an advantage.
• Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to resolve challenges and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic, professional approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
