Our client is seeking a talented Zoho Developer to customize, implement, and maintain Zoho applications to support their business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Zoho One Suite, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, etc.) to meet business needs.
• Automate workflows, create custom functions, and integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms.
• Support and maintain existing Zoho applications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with finance, tax, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data analytics tools to support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Zoho applications in a timely manner.
• Ensure all configurations comply with industry regulations and internal security policies.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing technical support as needed.
• Continuously explore Zoho updates and features to recommend process improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Zoho application development and customization.
• Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho One apps.
• Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and API integrations.
• Experience working in the Tax and Accounting industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
