Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, skilled in relationship building, and confident in presenting solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients.
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in business setup, corporate services, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
