Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Licensing Assistant to handle company formation, licensing, and compliance processes across the UAE and GCC. You’ll liaise with government departments, manage renewals, and ensure clients receive timely, high-quality service.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with company formation and restructuring across onshore, offshore, free zone, and financial zones.
• Manage licensing applications, renewals, and amendments through UAE government portals.
• Verify documentation accuracy before submission.
• Maintain licensing databases, CRM records, and client files.
• Monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with government agencies and ensure efficient processing.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience within a Corporate Services Provider (CSP) in the UAE.
• Basic knowledge of UAE company formation and licensing.
• Familiarity with UAE government portals and related systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
