Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations within their business setup division. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, capable of ensuring compliance, optimizing financial performance, and supporting the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and industry standards.
• Partner with senior management to drive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Support business setup processes with financial insights and guidance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in business setup, CSP, or corporate services industry (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
