Our client, is seeking a skilled HR & Recruitment Manager to take on a dual role that blends human resources leadership with strategic recruitment planning. While the position covers both HR and recruitment, the focus is more on HR operations for the real estate side of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can shape people strategies, foster a positive work culture, and eventually lead recruitment efforts in-house to reduce reliance on agencies.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, policies, and compliance.
• Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment efforts, particularly during high-volume hiring phases, ensuring the attraction of quality candidates.
• Develop and implement in-house recruitment processes to reduce agency dependency.
• Manage onboarding, training, and development programs to support employee growth.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven HR management experience, ideally in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Previous recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations.
• Experience in building recruitment functions in-house is a plus.
