Our client is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Concierge Manager to lead and manage the Value-Added Services (VAS) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, team coaching, client engagement, and operational efficiency. This role plays a vital part in driving revenue through VAS offerings while ensuring exceptional client experience across inbound, outbound, and walk-in channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the VAS team by assigning clear individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall KPIs.
• Oversee and structure daily sales operations, ensuring consistent lead follow-up, CRM accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics including conversion rates and productivity, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback reviews, and performance evaluations to enhance team capability and sales effectiveness.
• Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to optimize lead conversions and maximize revenue.
• Supervise proactive outreach to clients through multiple channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp), promoting and closing VAS deals.
• Resolve escalated client concerns and support the team in complex issue management and service recovery.
• Work closely with other departments to identify leads and ensure smooth handovers from inquiry to sale.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to stay updated on services, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and compliance.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, lead statuses, and sales pipeline progress to senior management.
• Develop and maintain sales collateral including pitch decks, service guides, objection scripts, and templates.
• Ensure team members maintain an active, up-to-date sales pipeline and diligently follow up on pending opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to develop campaigns and upsell strategies based on client demand.
• Review and improve the full VAS sales journey, identifying friction points and areas for enhanced client experience.
• Oversee timely invoicing and payment collection, coordinating with finance for reconciliation and accuracy.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align VAS activities with overall business strategy and compliance requirements.
• Stay current on regulatory changes affecting VAS categories (e.g., banking, visas, accounting) to adjust positioning accordingly.
• Promote ethical sales practices and uphold professional standards in all client interactions.
• Foster a high-performance, client-focused culture within the team.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; Sales training or leadership certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years in sales or business development
• At least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity
• Background in B2B and B2C service-based environments
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
• Advanced reporting and dashboard creation using Excel or BI tools
• Familiarity with value-added services (banking, tax, visas, etc.)
• Solid understanding of sales cycle, lead nurturing, and compliance basics
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication
• Results-driven with a sharp focus on KPIs and follow-through
• Collaborative mindset with cross-departmental coordination
• High emotional intelligence and client-centric approach
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple pipelines
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Arabic is an advantage
