Our client is looking for a Senior People & Culture Partner to lead and support key human resources functions—from talent acquisition to employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. This role plays a vital part in fostering a positive, high-performing work environment through strategic HR leadership and seamless day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Drive hiring strategies for critical roles and anticipate future workforce needs in alignment with leadership goals.
• Culture & Engagement: Lead employee engagement initiatives, build an inclusive culture, and implement feedback systems to promote well-being and team cohesion.
• Performance & Development: Oversee performance review cycles and support employee development through structured learning and career planning.
• HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are compliant, well-communicated, and consistently applied; manage employee relations with professionalism.
• Compensation & Benefits: Support compensation structure reviews, manage payroll coordination, and help enhance benefits to retain top talent.
• HR Projects & Analytics: Lead strategic projects including digital HR tool implementation; deliver insights through dashboards and reports.
• HR Operations: Oversee visa and insurance processing, onboarding/offboarding, payroll accuracy, and employee documentation.
• Internal Audits: Conduct regular process reviews to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• General HR Support: Contribute to various projects, manage reporting tasks, and help drive HR priorities in line with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent; CIPD qualification preferred
• At least 7 years of progressive UAE HR experience, with 3+ years in a business partnering capacity
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and strategic thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and Microsoft Excel
• Proven track record in HRIS implementation, automation, and analytics
• Fluent in English
