Our client is seeking a Sales Specialist/Supervisor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for achieving sales goals but also for supervising and motivating a small team of sales associates to deliver outstanding results. This role combines hands-on selling with team leadership and requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
• Supervise and support a small sales team in daily operations
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Assist in planning and executing sales promotions and strategies
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

• Proven ales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate a team
• Presentable and customer-focused
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
