Our client is seeking a Sales Development Manager to spearhead business development initiatives, build and nurture client relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, a strong network within the UAE market, and the confidence and presentation skills to close deals and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across industries
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and proposals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Track sales pipeline and generate regular reports for management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Proven strong network within the UAE business landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly presentable, professional demeanor
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic in approach
• UAE driving license is an advantage
