Our client, a renowned hospitality group, is looking for a skilled Sushi Chef to join their culinary team in delivering exceptional Japanese dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of sushi dishes including nigiri, sashimi, maki, and specialty rolls to the highest standards
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and freshness of all sushi-grade ingredients
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety practices at all times
• Present dishes with consistency, creativity, and traditional Japanese flair
• Engage with guests when needed to share knowledge and enhance the dining experience

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sushi Chef in a Japanese restaurant
• Deep understanding of Japanese cuisine, knife techniques, and ingredient quality
• High level of attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
