Our client, a prominent hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Japanese Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of their high-end Japanese restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who understands the nuances of Japanese dining and can lead a team to deliver outstanding service and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and inspire front and back-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Collaborate with chefs and suppliers to ensure authentic Japanese ingredients and menu offerings
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and budgeting to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a Japanese restaurant
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of Japanese cuisine and service etiquette
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant software systems is an advantage
