We’re looking for a dynamic People and Culture Executive to join our client’s team — someone who can bring both heart and structure to HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys handling diverse responsibilities, from admin tasks to conflict resolution, while fostering a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative and HR operations.
• Support and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle conflict resolution and mediation with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain and update HR systems and ensure data confidentiality.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal use.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven work experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role.
• Background in Freezone or business setup industry is a plus.
• Strong experience in administrative and HR operations.
• Skilled in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
• Familiar with HR software systems and highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; confident speaking in front of groups.
• Able to manage stress and make decisions under pressure.
• High level of discretion with confidential information.
