Our client is looking for a dynamic B2C Sales Coordinator to support their growing team in driving customer conversions and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in customer engagement and strong coordination skills in the business set-up or company formation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the B2C sales team to ensure seamless execution of the sales process.
• Handle client communications with professionalism via email and phone.
• Prepare and manage PowerPoint presentations, sales reports, and client documents.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using Zoho CRM.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics and supporting sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the same industry (e.g. company formation/business set-up).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM.
• Excellent email and phone etiquette.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly goal-oriented and organized.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
