We are hiring an Associate Consultant (B2C) on behalf of our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in business set-up and company formation services. This role is ideal for a motivated, bilingual (Arabic-English) individual with a passion for helping clients launch their businesses in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and convert B2C leads through consultative sales techniques.
• Provide expert advice on business set-up services, tailored to individual client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven successful sales experience in company formation, business set-up, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving quotas.
• Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
