Our client, a leading corporate services provider, is looking for an experienced Visa Executive to join their high-performing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a deep understanding of UAE visa regulations across Freezone and Mainland jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process visa applications for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Advise clients on visa types (employment, investor, family, tourist, golden, etc.) and eligibility requirements.
• Communicate confidently with European clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp, keeping them informed on application statuses.
• Liaise daily with UAE government and Freezone authorities, acting as the primary intermediary for all visa matters.
• Use online government portals to submit, track, and manage visa applications efficiently.
• Monitor and stay up to date on any changes to UAE visa rules, regulations, or procedures—and proactively communicate relevant updates to clients.
• Handle any delays, rejections, or issues with sensitivity, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure all documentation meets immigration standards.

Requirements:

• Proven UAE-based experience in visa processing and client handling.
• Strong understanding of both Freezone and Mainland UAE visa processes.
• Confident communicator, especially with European clientele.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple visa files simultaneously.
• Proactive in tracking and implementing updates to UAE visa policies.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
