Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator – AI & Digital Initiatives to support the planning and execution of cutting-edge technology projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of tech innovation, project delivery, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate AI and digital transformation projects across departments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Support the integration of tools like chatbots, RPA, analytics platforms, and cloud services.
• Work with cross-functional teams to track milestones, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and executive updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external tech partners to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI integration, automation, or digital project delivery.
• Certifications in AI or Digital Transformation (e.g., IBM, Microsoft, MIT, INSEAD).
• Project management credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM are a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of digital tools and technologies.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
