Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator – Events and Marketing to join their growing team. This dynamic role will support the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives and event activations that build brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all materials.
• Create compelling visual content using Canva and PowerPoint for event materials, client presentations, and social media.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and logistics with precision.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Engage with digital communities and contribute to the brand’s online presence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in events, marketing, or brand management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.
• Hands-on design experience with Canva.
• Exceptional organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute impactful campaigns and memorable events.
• Active on social media with a solid grasp of modern branding and digital engagement trends.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, independent work settings.
