Our client is seeking a Real Estate Recruitment Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry and thrives in building strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with real estate developers, brokerage firms, and consultancies to identify and fulfill hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles in sales, leasing, property management, development, and real estate finance.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles in the UAE real estate market.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market insights, and competitor hiring strategies.
• Collaborate closely with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions and meet hiring deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting within the real estate sector, either in an agency or in-house setting.
• A strong network of real estate professionals in the UAE or wider GCC region.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven with a commitment to delivering quality candidates efficiently.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple client accounts, and handle competing priorities.
