Our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support daily financial operations and contribute to smooth, accurate accounting processes. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
• Assist with VAT and tax computations in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Support month-end closings and financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile financial records using ZOHO Books (experience desirable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers as needed.
• Ensure timely data entry and assist in documentation and audit preparation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing certification in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of VAT regulations and accounting procedures.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills with English fluency; knowledge of any additional language is a plus.
• Prior customer-facing experience is desirable.
