Our client, a leading business support services provider in the UAE, is seeking a B2C Renewals Executive to manage and grow their existing client base. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who understands the value of retention and providing exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of existing B2C clients and ensure timely renewals.
• Develop strong relationships to maintain high client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of renewals, follow-ups, and communication in CRM systems.
• Handle client concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and resolution of any operational matters.
• Meet and exceed renewal targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client service, account management, or renewals—ideally in a business support or service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
